Nah, He's just been pallet swapped into SecondClass.
Perhaps he's like Palpatine and he can jump into a new body when he dies.

I think all three of my S-tier games are worthy of GOTD so it's hard to decide.  From my own personal tastes my favourite is RDR2 however putting biases aside I think BOTW is probably the most mechanically competent game, though I haven't played as much of it as I have TW3 or RDR2. I admire BOTW's hands-off approach to an open world story which to me is almost reminiscent of the original Fallout but I personally love the more focused, narrative-heavy games that the other two are. Overall though I might actually pick TW3, having finally finished it after 2 years. idk it's hard

If I were to pick a game for each year just from this selection:
2010 - Red Dead Redemption
2011 - Portal 2
2012 - The Walking Dead
2013 - Grand Theft Auto V
2014 - Shadow of Mordor
2015 - The Witcher 3
2016 - Titanfall 2 I guess??
2017 - Breath of the Wild
2018 - Red Dead Redemption 2
2019 - The Outer Worlds

Also there's actually not much that's contrarian about The Last Jedi, the entire film is a celebration of Star Wars but done in a way that isn't as mindlessly superficial as The Rise of Skywalker.

Esoteric 4chan memes huh
if that's all you're going to give me, i can't be expected to give much back

and i'm much better at it, so why not
If you're gonna meme your way out of defending a milquetoast, haphazardly constructed film then might as well as respond accordingly, no?
do you know what milquetoast means, or is it just a word that you like to use? because you could justifiably use that word to describe TFA if you wanted—i would still disagree, but i'd be able to see where you're coming from, at least

what exactly did you find "milquetoast" about Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi (2017)

it couldn't have been the film's uniquely aggressive and unwelcoming tone, or the relatively cutthroat script, because those traits would tend towards the opposite of that term you used
It's milquetoast for the wrong reasons whilst simultaneously being incredibly contrarian for also the wrong reasons.

Are you really trying to argue that the self serving, masturbatory "we just gots to save the abwused animals uWu" segment (which we've been subjected to in literally every garden variety disney film before) was narratively poignant in any way shape or form.

Then again, you just opined that TLJ is the best in the franchise, so it wouldn't surprise me if you did.

My favorite part about the save da animals scene is rose saying "this was the real victory" but they left all the little slave children behind
To be fair their next stop was the Supremacy which isn't the best place to be bringing children.

But also the freeing of the fathiers wasn't Rose and Finn's goal, it was an unintended consequence of their mission that was brought about by the kids themselves. The kids made the choice to set the fathiers free which simply provided a means of escape for Rose and Finn. "Now it's worth it" is just Rose acknowledging that something good came out of all the mess they just caused. This also goes back to the bit where the kids try to stop the stable owner from abusing one of the fathiers. Even if they get recaptured again the brief time they have in freedom makes the effort worth it.

As for the kids themselves, Rose gives the kid her ring as a promise that they'll eventually be able to make things right. Fighting for the downtrodden could have been a good theme to tie the whole trilogy (and the prequels) together but of course we got TROS instead. Funny thing is the whole "there are more of us" moment in TROS could have been a good payoff to that plot thread but instead we had to have Lando gather the entire galaxy off screen within the space of 5 minutes instead. The Finn subplot in the Trevorrow script seemed to do a better job at least.

Regardless of execution (which is a bit flimsy though I still like a lot of it) the Canto Bight arc does have ties to the overall themes of Star Wars and the film wouldn't really be complete without it.

I REALLY want to see some Lego Star Wars gameplay but I think we'll have to wait a bit longer. I'm interested in the new Watch Dogs with its Nemesis-esque system and Brexit Britain setting as well so I hope to see that.

This one is only showing off third party content, wonder if this will include any new announcements or just stuff we already know about.

Regardless it should be interesting.

This is what happens when you vote for a man and a government thats entire existence is to prioritise profits over people and vampiric capitalism. Congratulations, the funny floppy haired man scratched your racist itch at the price of being the country with the highest body count on the continent.

I don't want to hear the "never Corbyn" crowd and the buckfast Tories complain about a Tory government ever again.
It's actually this week that if not for Brexit, we'd be coming to the end of "stability and strong government" with David Cameron.

Thank God we escaped chaos with Ed Miliband.

I won't deny capitalism is flawed and that there have been deaths because of it, but it's not anywhere near the numbers communism has.

capitalist activities have killed more people in india alone

Finally watched it on Disney+, the final episode released yesterday.

Overall, it was... okay. The middle episodes really fell flat for me, and the show as a whole just felt kinda bland and grey. Every planet Disney's The Mandalorian lands on feels more or less the same as the last one he visited, and the side characters are a bit hit-or-miss. That said the last episode was really good.

I guess I'd give the whole season a 7/10? It's fine?
