PUBG in early access is better than every other game out this year, except for Mario which I haven't played yet.
Regardless of how fun it is the game technically isn't out yet so shouldn't be eligible for any of these awards. If there was a "most promising early access title" then sure. Early access trash needs to get out.

Isn't misuse of funds part of the reason why school loans systems are so often fucked? I regularly see people talk about how they spend their schooling money on games, trips, hardware and so on, which clearly is not what it's intended for. For all the people I see complaining (and rightfully so) about how messed up the system is, I see a lot of them indirectly contributing it by driving up expenses by spending school money on luxuries.
I do 3D art though so buying a PC is for my course
Also I get more money than I need so I have spare to spend on fun things
Couldn't you use the "extra" money toward repayment?
Not sure if extra money makes a difference considering the repayment is taken automatically from your job earnings after you graduate and are earning above a certain amount. The leftovers from uni money is just there. In my case I just put it towards my finances for the next year, dunno what I'll do with it once I graduate.

My picks: Spoiler Game of The Year: Super Mario Odyssey (Only one of these games I've played is fucking PUBG and there is no way that game should be anywhere near this award. SMO seems to be universally acclaimed with both critics and fans so I'm defaulting to that)

Best Narrative: Dunno, Wolfenstein II is just a rehash of the first as far as narrative goes
Best Art Direction: Destiny 2 (One of the few things Bungie has been getting right since the franchise started)

Wasn't overly impressed with the beta, nice to have some variety in terms of planets now but the gameplay itself felt rather tedious. I liked the Takodana gamemode though. Might ask for it for Christmas if I can't think of anything else.
