So you're telling me that this looks like the everyday alarm clock to you? Quote Because it was a just clock. They didn't know this. What if it was a bomb and he said "oh it's just a clock", are they just supposed to believe him and risk people being injured or killed? 404
The Flood / Re: Interesting shit about your town« on: September 17, 2015, 07:23:34 AM »
For my hometown, the trews came to play in a local bar (I'm assuming there was some dirty money in there somewhere). As for where I'm living now, one of my favourite musicians is a radio host for a station based here.

Serious / Re: Are school officials too jumpy recently?« on: September 17, 2015, 06:14:50 AM »
I don't really see a problem with them taking this as a threat. The kid brought something that looks like a bomb and the teacher brought attention to it so appropriate matters could take place.
To add to the threat, he told them it was a clock, but didn't go into detail about this clock, why he made it or what it was for. The problem I do have with this whole thing is that there was clearly some racism involved. That being said, I still believe that if a kid of any other race or religion brought the clock to their school something similar would've happened. So no, I don't think school officials are too jumpy, they just want to protect their students and staff. 408
