On the other hand if we make sure the MCC does well and Halo 5 bombs 343i will finally get the message about what their audience actually fucking wants in a Halo game.
The problem with that is I feel like the path 343i is taking will drive older fans away but bring in new ones, so I don't think it will effect their sales that much.

Nice. The only thing that I don't like is how the logo isn't in line with the text at the top. I might mae a Sep7agon one for my Xbox one.
I really tired my best to get that right.
Some things to consider changing with the second version of the theme (that is if anyone wants a second version with revisions)
How did you make it? If it was with a photo editing program, why not use a template?

lack a record player and wouldn't want to play them too often because of degrading and what-not...
Yeah the degrading part sucks. I got almost all of my collection from going to yard sales. My current turntable only cost me $5 and it works great.

Build of maintain it. Do not sell it, as it may be worth alot and be carefull when big business come knocking, sometimes it is better to fold than to fight them in court.
Also if interested you could start some farming and try to turn it profitable thus paying for the upkeep of the estate. Hire some cheap labour or decent hads to cover for you.
My kindergarten teacher owned a farm in my town when I was around 3 or 4 and she sold it for about $1,000,000. Now there is a Walmart, Eb games, Canadian Tire, Staples, and a few other stores where it once was.
