He's been banned at least 7 times, isn't there a limit to how many times you can be lite-banned until you get perma'd?

When a person reaches a 200% culumative warning, they get a perma, Comms must be at least 70% of the way there already, if he isn't, the system is broken or he's getting a free ride.

I didn't say it was uncommon. Almost everyone could relate to your example. I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences color association with thought alone.
