Talking with Kupo made me realize something:
Shaman King, one of my top 5 manga back when I subscribed to Shonen Jump, did NOT have a proper ending and literally ended with the writer saying, "Yeah I'm burnt out and don't care anymore, so everything was all a dream, the end."
I'm regaining old feelings of sadness, anger...misunderstanding....denial.....
god damnit Kupo.

Someone's upset.
Why are you speaking into that mirror?
Oh look, Cammy's trying to troll.
I was a Dwarf on Everquest, actually.
Never played EQ, did look interesting years ago when I first saw ads for it.

20 bucks for my steam wallet, then I could easily afford...roughly 20+ indie titles. Fight the system yo.

You buying Fifa every year just tells EA that they can continue to sell the same game every year.
Good. I hope they keep making (in my case Madden) FIFA every year. Its a great game.
Supporting shitty business practices doesn't benefit anyone and is the reason the industry is like it is.
I don't give a fuck about business practices when buying my video games. I buy a game because I know I'll enjoy it.
If you want the same game every year, why the fuck do you hand over $60 to shitheads like EA every year if you already own it?
You're paying $60 for roster updates and a new skin, both of which could be done through free patches.
I get more than just those 2 things. But even if it was just them, I would still pay $60. My reasoning is that I get much more than $60 worth of fun from the games.
Alright, what more do you get?
Liek you said, Improved GM modes, Improved franchise modes, Better online modes, Better Ultimate team modes, Improved Gameplay, Improved AI.
So...essentially free DLC updates, like Lemon said...for 60 bucks. Meanwhile I get Assassin's Creed with a whole new engine, new story and characters, a fun co-op mode, and over 200 hours of content for 60 bucks.

What?
Fuck I quoted the wrong comment chain lol. I'm running off a combined 15 hours of sleep from the past three days. EDIT: Basically was just adding that along with just essentially roster changes and new graphics engines, some sports games slightly alter or get rid of their General Manager/Coach modes, either for the better or the worse.

And to think they won "Best Online Experience" at the VGA.
This fucking pisses me off. I got the Limited Edition so I'm safe, but I feel terrible for people that literally have to shell out money in order to play with their friends or even get Strike loot.
Fucking greedy.

(and it doesn't help that barely 3 weeks later Ubisoft announces Assassin's Creed Victory).
They didn't. Someone leaked it to Kotaku, and the shitheads at Kotaku made it public.
My mistake then. Still, I believe Ubisoft's "leaks" are intentional, but they usually happen around springtime.

Also Max....I'm really wondering....
Please tell me Unser gets off'd. Like, fucking seriously. I thought Clay lasted for far too long, but Unser's another one I wished was killed off much earlier.
Obviously it's best if you know the whole story to get the whole scope but
Spoiler In Unser's final scene, he's trying to protect Gemma and get the police involved, because at least then he knows she'll be alive, and we all know Unser really cares for Gemma. Jax insists Unser gets out of the way, and he refuses. Jax gives Unser 2 to the chest.
Meh, from the sounds of things it just sounds like Jax is out to kill everyone. I understood that from season 6 but...idk it just feels weird to see Jax doing EVERYTHING on God Mode. Still, at least Unser didn't get that peaceful ending I feared he'd get. Seriously, mother fucker covered up Piney's death for Clay. Spoiler Also, saw an article where someone was actually mad Unser died and hated Jax forever because of that. I puked a little.

What about Doom?
He's most likely also transported to the "alternate, DAAAANGEROUS dimension" too. http://www.breathecast.com/articles/fantastic-four-new-movie-reboot-official-synopsis-plot-news-20th-century-fox-confirms-storyline-22458/
THE FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel's original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. .....yes. Reed Richards, AKA Mr. Fantastic--the guy with grey streaks in his hair--is now a child. And so is The Thing. And Doctor Doom.
FOX is going to run their Marvel licenses that AREN'T X-Men into the fucking ground. Same with Sony and Spiderman.
But that's a good thing. The sooner that happens, the sooner Marvel can get the characters into the Avengers. Almost happened with Spider-Man, because Sony is dumd.
True, but would people be ready to see ANOTHER re-reboot of Spiderman and FF, even if it is made by a far superior company?
All they're doing now is taking a dump on what was already a turd.
Hey, Catwoman and the Punisher movies may no longer be so lonely.
You didn't like the first Punisher movie? I thought it was great. Not sure how reliable to the comics and character it was, it really just seemed like another action movie.
I....USED to like it. But after reading the source material, it was just way too fucking emo. I really loved the violence, but it took a long, looong time for the movie to find its footing. Though Kevin Nash playing The Russian was fun to watch. And I'm a sucker for Thomas Jane.

SOA was a fucking disgrace.
How so?
This
Spoiler We do not fucking sound like that, we also don't have biker gangs in league with the IRA and we don't have fucking bales fucking hay in the shops. And wtf is with having Americans trying to sound Northern Irish? the yanks can't fucking do it, there are plenty of good NI actors that they could have used. So yeah, SOA is pretty much the golliwog of NI.
So...basically "muh irish". Fuck the Irish, all they do is get drunk enough to go home and slap their wives. Also Maxie, please warn about any spoilers involving Chibs. After Opie's death, he's my favorite "secondary" Club member and he's honestly the greatest support Jax could ask for in a VP. If something happens to that Scottish fucker, I want to be surprised and shocked when I watch the season. EDIT: GOOD. I FUCKING HATED JUICE. Just...everything about his character. I don't give a shit if he was supposed to be "tragically sympathetic", he was a little whipped bitch that DESERVES everything wrong done to him.

SOA was a fucking disgrace.
Please explain. Aside from that AWFUL season where they were running around doing fuck-all looking for Jax's son, the show has been really great. I haven't been able to watch the 7th season, but I could already guess what was going to happen, such as Gemma getting killed by Jax, and most likely Jax biting the dust. Just tell me, for the love of God, does Juice get murderized.

Agreed with Cheesey, stealth was at its absolute best and something that probably should've been in AN ASSASSIN GAME a long time ago. Combat is also good and has elements of the first Assassin's Creed in it, but it to suffers from annoying bugs. When I see an enemy about to attack me, I always counter (by the way I am GLAD they got rid of the easy counter-kill attacks). However, there were times where the counter would not work, even when I was smashing the button fast and hard enough to break the damn thing.
The Assassins and the Templars, along with the whole Revolution....eh Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation/The Escapist put it best when he said that these days Assassins and Templars are background stories while your character frolics off with a famous person doing whatever famous thing they were famous for. It's kind of sad, and it just feels like Ubisoft is riding their rising success like a beaten racehorse. Sometimes you have to stop and take a break (and it doesn't help that barely 3 weeks later Ubisoft announces Assassin's Creed Victory).
I wanted to like Unity, so very very very fucking much. The Online is something I can't really complain about (though the "OMG YOU'RE TOO FAR AWAY FROM NAPOLEON, GAME-FUCKING-OVER" crap was annoying) and I actually liked these customization options. However the initial launch bugs, the nonsensical story and a great, great, GREAT waste to historical characters made this game a dud. Rogue was the far superior game this year.

damn well hopefully the weebs will be the next
As someone who's often called a weeb, I resent that statement.
Well I'd be willing to wager that you guys would've treated this topic way differently if this was an anime convention.
First of all, generalizations are dangerous. Second, I would have reacted just as I did in this thread, which is to say that I haven't really said anything.
Did you not see the way people responded in Serious?
Yes, I did. And is that because they are weeaboos or because they thought they were being funny? I'd wager the latter.
All I'm saying is that if this was a weeb convention, you guys would've treated this topic a lot more nicely.
Ossku posted that gif because he thinks it's funny that anyone would do that, it's stupid that someone would go that far.
Now because of that, "you're all bad people and the weebs must be attacked". How does that make any sense?
You know, it's hard to interpret what a weeabo is saying when literally the only thing they post is an anime gif and nothing else to add to the conversation. Osaka brought that on himself.

Doing the world a favor.
Fuck. Off. All of you.
A few of my friends were hospitalized and my close friend had a second panic attack when I needed medic attention. Chlorine burns the lungs and could have seriously hurt or even killed people.
Well at least this explains the chlorine thread you made, I was really confused why some drunk idiot had chlorine. Best of luck man
It sounds intentional, and a security member told me it was someone pulling a prank. Whatever it was, that guy won't be seeing the light of day.
