I've seen a few people with title of bad member. Is that given out especially by mods or automatic for certain criteria?
It's automatic and means that you've dipped a bit into the negative in Trust. It has no effect on posting in the forum, though; it's strictly cosmetic.
How does the trust system work? And also, what's the CoC?

Haha. Sorry. It was nothing personal. I just wanted to have a little fun. I actually improved that backstory to the point of what I considered perfection and intended on posting it just to mess with you a while back, but the broken system at the time wiped all of my progress.
