The Flood / People don't seem to understand the purpose of tear gas
« on: November 24, 2014, 09:25:23 PM »
They take it as an act of aggression. They act like they are being violated. They act like it's illegal and is violating their rights. It's a tool of dispersal, not a weapon. It's supposed to disperse crowds to prevent rioting and flush out buildings. People who act like teargas is a reason to riot even more are ignoring critical thinking and are acting in the moment.

The Flood / If Mexico goes full blown civil war....
« on: November 24, 2014, 09:10:19 PM »
What do you think will happen? I honestly don't know. I live right on the border so no doubt, down here, it would be a giant clusterfuck. I wonder which side the U.S. would support. The corrupt government, the rebels, or neither. No doubt gun sales in the U.S. would blow up like the Challenger. Make a fuckin mess everywhere. Thoughts?

Spoiler
If you don't know what I'm talking about, look up the recent mass protests in Mexico. Big mess made bigger by the minute.

The Flood / Holy shit. I would destroy Aunt Cass
« on: November 22, 2014, 01:34:49 AM »
I just saw Big Hero 6 today with the rest of my family, as is obligated of  me due to my family full of children. My favorite two characters were Aunt Cass, and GoGo. Primary because they both were sexy as fuck. If I had to choose between the two, I would go with Aunt Cass. Primary because she is probably closer to my age group, and because I like her in general. I would not mind spending my life with her. Anyway, T4R. And also, I noticed that Gogo's suit was skin-tight on her lower body and her ass was completely exposed. Throughout the entire movie, her ass is almost completely covered up by circumstantial blocks, save for a couple flashes that are too fast to really see. I just thought I'd tell you all about it. I thought it was a little risque for the movie.

The Flood / I encountered my first furry IRL today.
« on: November 22, 2014, 01:26:06 AM »
I cringed so hard that I had to hide my face while a grew a brand new organ specifically for cringing. I have a friend who works as a substitute teacher for a local high school. So recently, the said friend needed me to come by while she was subbing and drop something off. So I did, and while I was there, she was talking to the kids about a she book was writing Somehow, then most generic looking nerd kid got into the conversation and started talking about his fantasy where are the races of animals on earth were humanoid, competent, and had their own ambassador. He got into all sorts of detail. It was exceedingly odd. The kid looked and played the part. He had the Harry Potter scarf, the promise ring, he was tall, skinny as fuck, dressed oddly for his body type, and had a high-pitched voice. The kid was like an awkward nerd erection right in the middle of class. After I did my part, I left, and thought about how I would tell you people about my eventful old man life.

I'm looking for something that would last me a long time. Something that is already durable that I can equip with heavy duty parts for heavy, regular use. I would want it to be set up with some hardcore shit. Some parts with extremely long life-spans and practical application. I'm not looking for speed or style, just a vehicle that I won't have to worry about too much. It would have to be fuel efficient, reliable, moderately good looking, and not to much of a hassle to drive. Another requirement is one of those lever parking brakes that you pull up. Those things have always made me feel like I'm driving a damn spaceship. I would also like 4WD. That would be preferable. Anyone have any recommendations for vehicles of this criteria?

The Flood / Damn, I love ruining people's childhood.
« on: November 19, 2014, 10:13:51 PM »
I recently told many of my family members what I thought of the classic anime film, Spirited Away. While they may not believe what I said, it sounds completely reasonable and they will probably think of what I said every time they see the film, which will probably ruin the experience for them. What I told them is that in the beginning, when Chihiro's father is speeding through the forest in his car, and he stops unreasonably quickly and just in time right before hitting a large stone statue, that this is not what really happened. Earlier on in the movie, you see Chihiro laying in the back seat of the car without her seat belt on. Later on when they are speeding through the forest and they stop, they do so in such a way that would no way happen in reality. He was going at least 35+MPH and stops in less than 20 ft without any skidding. What I said is that they didn't stop in time and hit the stone statue, Chihiro flew out of the windshield, knocking her unconscious and critically injuring her as a result. She survives, but it hospitalized in a coma.

Now understand, that this sounds like a very generic creepy-pasta like sounding theory, but hear me out. Now when Chihiro's parents turn into pigs, this is her in her coma, forgetting what her parents look like. All the deformed humanoid beings in the bath house are representative of her forgetting what people look like as she stays in her coma for longer and longer. She even starts to forget her name as her fantasy and child-like world take stronger hold over her mind. I know there may be holes in this theory, but I didn't come up with it to be consistent, but rather to mess with my family. The ending also kind of debunks this theory, but every time you watch the movie, keep in mind what I have said and realize how rational it sounds.

The Flood / So when it comes to having a revolver...
« on: November 17, 2014, 09:08:21 AM »
What are you supposed to do when the rifling in the barrel wears out? The barrel is fixed, so there's no replacing it as far as I've heard. I was never much into revolvers, so I never learned a lot about them. Can anyone answer this for me?

I don't think it was ever a natural interaction. I don't know how far back it goes, but it should have never happened. The human mouth is disgusting in every way, and in varying degrees depending on the person. It also transmits filth and potentially diseases from one person to another. It seems intimate, but there are so many variables that could make it so much different. Most people don't have proper oral hygiene which makes it all the more disgusting. Considering how long people have done it, I really wonder how people could have endured such a thing before today's proper hygiene practices came into play. Like before people started brushing teeth, did they just endure the stench? Were the used to it? Were they okay with getting a helping of another person's tonsil stones? I wish humans developed some other form of intimate contact in the place of kissing. It would be a lot less cringe worthy and filled with a lot less tonsil stone hockey. Anyone else feel this way?

Gaming / Am I the only one who likes the way Halo 5 is turning out?
« on: November 11, 2014, 02:34:56 PM »
T4R. I've always wanted ADS in Halos, but with a more futuristic feel, and the hybrid we've been given seemed like the perfect solution to me. It seems a hell of a lot more practical than my helmet giving me glorified, magnified tunnel vision in combat so I could hit my target. This, and GTAV getting a FPS mode has given me practically everything I've ever wanted in video games. I think the way Halo 5 looks so far is beautiful.

The Flood / What came first? The Ghost in The Shell movie or show?

The Flood / One Great Advantage of being Old as Fuck
« on: November 05, 2014, 07:09:16 PM »
is that I can let a nasty one rip at any time, silently, and when people finally detect it, they will always blame it on the younger ones always surrounding me.

The Flood / I figured out why they call it Penguin Party.
« on: October 28, 2014, 06:20:18 PM »
It's because we all will look like penguins when we waddle around with our pants down because of all the porn. It's true. Uncle Chakas says so.

Like WTF people. That's disgusting. It's the filthiest part of your mouth and you just let it fester with nothing more than a rinsing. How can they stand having that awful taste and texture in their mouths and on top of that, have horrendous breath. It defies logic to me. Can you help me understand this, my children?

The Flood / Are there any blondes in the Avatar series?
« on: October 25, 2014, 01:44:47 PM »
T4R? Not once have I seen a blonde haired individual in Avatar: The Last Airbender or Avatar: The Legend of Korra. Personally, I take it as proof that the whole series is set on a planet in the far distant future after earth's destruction. I think that the ship that transported the ethnicities with such hair didn't make it to the planet in the initial exile from the war-torn earth. They must have been destroyed in transit. I think the same can be said with blacks. There is literally only one black person in the whole series, and he was half and half. Either that or they were wiped out over time due to their incompatiblities with the self-replicating nanotechnology that allows bending.

The Flood / My family always thinks I'm looking at porn.....
« on: October 23, 2014, 10:16:12 PM »
when they walk in on my and find me scratching my balls. Because I live with many young children, whenever I'm doing something they tend to ask what I'm doing and become overly-curious about my work and as a result, incredibly annoying. Because of this, I have a habit of minimizing whatever I'm doing or turning off my monitor if it doesn't close in time. This, paired up with my habit of scratching me balls when thinking, can look very bad when walking in on me when I'm on my computer. Now understand, it's mainly my older sisters who are worried about me, which is understandable considering my family has a history of porn addiction. But I am a grown ass man who is smart enough not to watch porn in a house full of children. I'm 48 and don't get how my older sisters who are old enough to be grandmothers by now don't understand the difference in appearances between a man with his hand down his shorts scratching his balls and a man full-on jerking off. Men don't touch themselves when looking at porn. They jerk off. It's not subtle, it's vigorous, aggressive and sweaty, especially if you find something you're particularly into. I hate living in such a small house with so many people. I'm only glad that it is temporary and I'll be back to my man cave/workshop soon enough. I miss my garage full of completely destroyed floors and shelves specifically built to house all the massive amounts of tools and man gold that I inherited from my dad. fracking bastard bought shit all the time and never even opened a shit-ton of it.

The Flood / So apparently I dress like "A Hick"
« on: October 18, 2014, 09:02:20 PM »
I've been told by a specific someone who is several decades younger than me that I dress like a hick. I'm not exactly sure what that means. I usually wear leather work boots or western boots, blue jeans, an undershirt with a collared button up shirt on top, both tucked in, and a leather belt. This is how I was raised to dress. It's always seemed the most practical to me. So since when has this been the way a hick dresses?

Septagon / So is loli allowed on anarchy?
« on: October 05, 2014, 12:39:39 AM »
T4R. Lolicon ans its variations are legal in the U.S., so I figured it was okay, but last time it was posted, the whole thread was deleted. I was wondering if it was okay to post now without the whole thread being nuked like last time.
