I don't believe that they are. I've never seen a person who wasn't a complete and utter retard claim that black people are faster because they're black. I've no doubt they believe that there is something about black people which makes them faster, as I described, but they don't assume that it is because of their skin colour.

Lol, what? I've gone months, even one time, a year without smoking. I'm so casual, usually two hits of even the most minor stuff makes me either very energetic or super relaxed/tired. Cannabis is addictive in the same way that you can become addicted to chocolate or any substance that you consume. Once again, educate yourself. This is part 2 of the article you came back with. This cites the very article I first posted, the author is in agreement with the article I found.
That article is originally from The New England Journal of Medicine. It's perfectly legitimate and not biased, the .gov site was merely citing existing research. And i'll take 1st hand scientific documentation over an opinion piece by a pro-weed doctor any day.
