As a professional tester, I can confirm most of the things.
But honestly, its not that bad. I find the job relaxing and I get home with a fresh mind and I'm able to study things after work.
I'm sure it's like literally every single other job where some places can be enjoyable to be employed and other places not so nice. For example of I had that troll of an engineer saying literally every bug I found couldn't be reproduced it would probably drive me crazy
Its all about being professional. Luckily the games that I worked on, were all AAA titles. So all of QA and devs were serious (sense of humour, sure) but focused on delivering the best quality product they could. I'm sure if you work on some shovel-ware game, the story would be different.
