In 2016 I fucked up. I met Chad right at the beginning and as a result the entire year was a hedonistic joy ride blur of raves drugs sex partying adventure. Though it WAS fun and I'll still be continuing those things(much more moderation) I'm making 2017 a result oriented year

Evolving as a person
I wrote down a list of things I must do DAILY. If I do JUST these things daily I will literally be transformed/improved 10 fold by 2018. These are just daily things, haven't written major goals for 2017 yet.
This is my daily to do list so far. If you guys have any good ideas please add them for consideration it would be much appreciated. And if you'd like post some of your goals for 2017.
-Set day specific goal
-Meditate
-hit macros(diet bodybuilding food)
-Read 30 pages of book minimum
-Exercise
-Talk to 1 new person a day (socializing gains)
-Do kegels (dick gains)
-Watch minimum of 3 videos on self mastery. New ideas flowing in my head constantly
-Give value (karma gains
-Write down 1 thing you're greatful for every night

You get treated SO differently when you're one of the attractive people it makes me mad actually. People are nicer to you. You get invited out more, more respect. You make more connections and generally it just becomes very pleasant to be around people, because everyone likes you more. But what type of people? People that only treat you better only because of looks and money? Those aren't the type of people you should want to impress, and definitely not the type of people you should surround yourself with.
EVERYONE treats you better. Not just these shallow people you're imagining. Anyone From the attractive women in the club to the little old lady giving free See's Candy at the mall. i disagree. Very useful traits. I used to be short, skinny, much more unattractive. And now that I look like I do, the difference in my life is night and day.
