Thanks. I've been doing all sorts of things to bring up my test levels while working out as well. Full body tans, cold showers, I also bought a supposed test booster and estrogen blocker, both the nugenix brand. Don't think you saw the pm about it, know you said it doesn't give you notifications. I've been posting on /fit/ as well and they said that it sucks and only prescribed t works though. I know from having tests done when I got gyno at 17, my t was below normal, and I'm 25 now, so I can't imagine how it is now. Without insurance I can't do much.
Along with that I started yohimbine and DMHA and been taking that all preworkout along with l-arginine and protein powder.

How do I stop benching like a little bitch?
My squat and deadlift have skyrocketed but I've barely improved on bench (+10% in 4 months).
My bench was absolute garbage until about a month and a half ago. What I changed was going a little wider so that my hands, wrist, and elbows were all vertically aligned. I also squeeze my scapula together more and my feet are positioned back more towards my glutes, slight back arch. Besides this I started benching twice a week (heavy both weeks) and working up in the rep range of 6 - 3 - 2 - 1 (but the 1 rep not being your max, maybe 90-95% of it). Then working back down. That's helped a ton That being said a some people are just gonna have a harder time with bench due to leverages and skeleton thickness etc.

That said, almost all comments in favor of circumcision in this thread are cognitive dissonance / sour grapes like nothing else. Reason goes out the window as soon as people feel their dicks are being accused of being inferior or if they're told they're missing out.
Don't get me wrong I'm happy with being uncircumcised. It feels amazing and isn't much of a hassle to clean or anything. I see it akin to being 5'10" and wanting to be 6'0", but still being happy enough with 5'10" that I wouldn't do anything drastic to change.
