hehe ty for back i'll usually: start with pullups, 4 or 5 sets with a slowish negative. usually goes like 12, 12, 10, 8, 7 then i'll do some type of barbell row, 3 to 4 sets, 12 with the last one being 10 and heavier weight. i really focus on squeezing it, the weight isn't as important on these for me. then i'll do db rows, 3 sets going up in weight each time, 12, 10, 8, sometimes 4th set 6 rep if i'm feelin it. then i'll do some type of lat pulldown, focus on really stretching the negative and squeezing when you come down, great pump from this one, 3 to 4 sets of 12 no less than 10. usually raise weight each set. then i'll deadlift, by now your back will be pumped and when you deadlift you'll feel your entire back activate instead of just your lower/legs if you started with it. i can feel my lats stretching trying to pick it up. i switch reps up all the time, sometimes i'll do 12/10/10/8/15, other times i'll do 8/6/4/3/1/8. depends on how i feel really. then i do some shrugs, really trying to get them up high and squeeze for a second. recently started training traps harder so i'll see how this works. it may seem like a lot but this honestly works really well for me.

used to think the same but now i am of the opposite opinion. brb no real superpowers brb throws himself into every dangerous situation without the safety blanket most other heroes have(hulk/thor are godlike pretty much) fights for justice/good reasons ect. very moral he never gives up, fights with heart truly alpha
