i've been practicing lucid dreaming lately, and though i haven't gotten it down my dream memory has become way better. tonight i had some of the craziest ones. 1. my dad sends me to buy something from a flea market conveniently located behind my grandparents house. i go there and suddenly tons of cartel members are shooting people in the face and stuff, it's really gruesome. i remember hiding out having legitimate fear, then running out dodging bullets with the item my dad sent me to get. 2. this really pretty girl i used to talk to(who left me for some other nikka  ) came to my car and we were hanging out for a long time just talking and play fighting it was really nice then i woke up and decided to go back to sleep to try and have one more dream. 3. i was at my friends college, and i go into his room where the bathroom is. theres a line and the order is super hot girl i've never seen super hot girl i know from school old guy me so the two girls go in and they are in there for like 20 minutes, so the old guy says fuk it and opens the door and they're not even in there! then i decided to go in there too to investigate and i realize the shower has a second door, and i go in there and it leads to this tiny hallway into another shower, a gigantic shower, more like a sauna room but of tile, filled with at least 15 hot naked women, including the two from before. they say they've been waiting for me and we film a music video the end.

brb i am going to change your life
first, it might be you just get unlucky and interrupt one of your sleep cycles. try to get at least 7 hours a day for hormone regulation/overall health. makes a huge difference.
secondly, you may be deficient in many vitamins. i'd suggest picking up a multivitamin and some zinc/vitiman d supps if you don't get much sunlight. seriously, zinc will make you sleep amazingly.
third, get your testosterone checked. if you have low testosterone, the things above will not help very much. testosterone is literally what gets you to spring to life.
^^^^ look into this and i guarantee your quality of life will improve.

the hardest part is timing it all sometimes the eggs are finished before you spread the peanut butter on the toast and they get cold sometimes the toast comes out before everything and it gets dry sometimes i pour the milk too early and the cereal gets soggy before everythings done
