I was reading around and I found some article that has you write 101 goals in 1001 days.
I started writing and realized that while I do have an idea of what direction I want to take in life, it was kind of hard to be specific on what I want to accomplish in the next 3 years or so. Writing down specific goals may seem pretty cheesy but it really brings to life what you want to do. Arnold Schwarzenegger said that a ship could have the greatest captain with an amazing crew, but if it has no destination it will spend it's entire voyage aimlessly traveling the ocean.
Some examples of mine were:
Learn to play 20 songs on the piano
Get to 200lbs at 10% bodyfat
Learn to play guiatar
Have 8 different types of colognes
Transfer to San Diego State
Learn to dance
Learn to lucid dream well
Whiten teeth
Learn German
Learn French
Learn to speed read
Buy flowers for a girl
Skydive
Try mushrooms
Win an eating competition
Grow a beard
Ride in a supercar
Drive a supercar
Get in a fight
Travel outside the U.S
Go to a rave
There are a lot more, some pretty personal, but you get the idea. I imagine myself being 21 and thinking if I accomplish at least 3/4ths of the things on my list it will have been a very productive 3 years.

You have to make yourself have value. Why should women pick you over someone else? What do you have to offer them? Relationships are sort of like an exchange, they have something to offer you and you have something to offer them.
The best possible thing you can do is to make yourself as attractive as you can.
That means stuff like:
Get in shape
Tan skin a little
Wear nice clothing
Groom yourself, get a quality fitting haircut
Smell good
Have nice white teeth
You may think it's too vain and I'm wrong, but that's how life works. The confidence will come with an increase in these things
A friend of mine told me last year: I knew this guy. He had bad hair, and didn't have a style. I helped him find a look, and he got a girlfriend in a week.
Funny enough, we hang out more during college and I never really cared abut clothing, or my appearance much. Well that changed, and now I'm pretty much doing exactly what his friend did before.

I started talking to this pretty girl in the summer of my sophomore year, so I was 15 or 16 I think. We would hang out at summerschool and then ride our longboards around town getting ice cream and going to the park and chit.
