I used to spend waaaaay too much time looking into all of this a while back, glad I'm past that obsession part of my life now. However the knowledge is still there when I call on it
where do you learn this stuff, exactly
I started picking up on facial aesthetics on the bodybuilding misc forum, they were obsessed with it. After that I just looked around on google searching stuff like "how important is a big jaw for being handsome" ect. Once you understand facial aesthetic stuff it really starts to appear in every part of your life(at least for me it did). It actually can determine a big part of your life in a first world country. Getting deep into it made me pretty depressed for a bit(lol first world problems) and a lot of people have committed suicide because of their unhealthy obsession with the face. Poison for the teenage brain. I really fucking hate the giant jaw aesthetic you fruit cake. Stop making yourself look so fruity, this is really sad.
u mirin this handsome fella loaf?

why would you want to have a jawline like that though
does that really look good to people
No, it doesn't. It makes you look obnoxious like you came from a Disney princess movie. It's not cute or sexy, it just looks like something a prepubescent girl would admire.
Your OP invalidates all of your opinions on aesthetics m8 sorry @Verb A strong well developed jaw is probably the top determining factor in the attractiveness of a face(the other two being cheekbones and eye/browridge). Google "hot guy" or "handsome guy" (you don't have to lol) and they all share one thing in common, a nice big jaw. Jaws go hand in hand with masculanity, on a subconcious and biological level women and men are going to be drawn/attracted to guys with nice jaws. Obviously they can be too big though This guy from Lost is constantly praised as one of the best looking celebrities of today. Dat jaw My only regret is that I wasn't born with amazing jawsthetics I used to spend waaaaay too much time looking into all of this a while back, glad I'm past that obsession part of my life now. However the knowledge is still there when I call on it

Got rid of the pic saving for a different occasion smh Srs dilemma: I got invited to go on a vacation for a week to my friends beach house in Mexico. My dilemma is that i get the vibe that his family is involved in cartel/drug stuff(however this is just a hunch). How bad is the current situation in Mexico right now? Would a white looking American be relatively safe? Thx

This is how I feel:
I feel like I have so much potential in every aspect of my life that I'm almost overwhelmed by everything I can/want to do. I feel like there are not enough hours in a day for me to do everything and that I will run out of time. Lately I've also been feeling overwhelmed with the idea of money. I have so much motivation to make huge amounts of money but I just have no idea how, like there's a huge blank blot of white-out covering the part of my mind where the money making ideas are. This is gonna sound weird but I have this gut feeling, an absolute certainty, that I WILL do something amazing. I have so much anticipation for my success that I literally get rollercoaster butterflies when I think of what I'm going to accomplish(even though I have no fucking clue what it is yet).
Any advice?

Low ambition and indecision keeps me down. I can't decide what I want to do in my life so sometimes I wish I wasn't born at all so I wouldn't have to figure it out.
Go through my recent post history and find my thread dedicated to you bro.(something something Spartan warrior) I legitimately think it can help you out

Sprinting=anaerobic(without oxygen) Jogging=aerobic(using oxygen)
Do a bit of both. I have a good cardio background but if I'm out of shape 3 days of interval training (sprinting for 20 seconds / jog for a minute / Sprint 20 seconds / jog ect) can get my pretty fit quick
Could you possibly describe that interval training in a little more detail? I'm competing in a triathlon in 3 weeks and as of now my cardio is mediocre at best. Definitely interested in giving this a shot tho
Yee man. Look up HIIT also You pretty much wanna be jogging or biking at a nice pace where your heartrate is chilling, and then at a certain time you burst into a Sprint or hard bike to get your heart rate really high up, and then after 15-30 seconds(whichever you want basically) you cool it down to the jog you were doing before for about a minute. Your hearrate will go down, and then you do the sprinting part again and repeat. I'm not sure if it'd be best for a triathalon but I've noticed i improve after like 2 days of doing it. Day 1 I get tired on the bike at like 10. My rpms on the sprints were maybe like 135 Day 2 I get past 10 minutes without feeling as tired and my rpms are like 140 (so I went harder on the sprints and I'm less tired) Day 3 I get to 15 minutes easily and my rpms for sprints never go under 145 Hurtful Turkey can probably explain it way better than I can
