There's an elite group of users (and mods) with insanely high green reps that all rep trade eachother, and anybody who makes a post they don't like gets negged and put into low negative red level. At that level nobody takes any post serious, a red could make a legit thread and evrry reply will be "Red. Did not read"

Quick post before I head to the gym.
I've been both. Skinny - 130bs @ 6'0" and 200lbs @ 6'1"/ 6'2". To me the pros of being muscular far outweight being skinny. Some things i've noticed from being muscular that:
Men respect me more
I get more attention from girls
I feel strong and confident thanks to my body
People tend to be friendlier to me
People say they feel safe with me(srs lol)
There are a ton more but my favorite thing being muscular has given me is an aura. I do not blend in a crowd anymore and I love it. People ask me to do heavy lifting or opening jars. I think being muscular is the best thing I could do to physically manifest my narcissism.

Okay let me seriously answer this question.
Yes, I have changed. Two years ago, I was naive, dumb and too trusting, and that bit me in the arse. Caused me to go into a depression during the last weeks of my senior year of High School because of this one asshole. I decided to change, not to trust anyone unless I got to know them deeply. I would be colder when talking to strangers, just to be safe and only be warm to close friends and family. I say that I needed that wake up call to see that this world is full of wack people and I had to grow up.

I found lifting to be an extremely tedious/exhausting activity though. I'm weak as fuck and I struggled on the lightest weights at the gym.
Yeah pro bodybuilders look like freaks even in a gym surrounded by regular buff guys, I've only met two in my life and it was overwhelming/kinda scary how big they were. And that's how many start man, takes a while to progress. Here's the video it always makes me lol

The reason they got that big is pretty simple. Although for some it may be, most are not doing it to cover up insecurity or whatever most people think. These guys are literally addicted to building muscle. Not sure if you're familiar with it but lifting weights/getting big is an extremely fun activity on its own. Getting a pump, seeing a new vein, drinking a preworkout while blasting music, having people look at you, pushing up new heavy weight and feeling exhasuted afterwords is an amazing feeling, it can't be understood unless you've felt it. When you start lifting you usually have an idea of what you want to look like. Well the more time you spend in there and the bigger you get the more your goal ohysique changes. Suddenly the guy you thought was so swole 2 years ago barely looks like he lifts. You want more and more and if you have the resources and right genetics you end up looking like an ifbb pro  These men don't aim to impress your everyday joe anymore.
