do you remember shieldy/ace? I talked to him not too long ago on a different forum and i pretty much do what he does with my own twist Side raises 15-20 reps 3-4 sets bent over raises 15-20 reps 3-4 sets cable side raises 12-15 x 3-4 Face pulls 15-20 x 3-4 front raises with cable or curvy bar 3 sets of 10-15 I have seen tremendous shoulder growth since doing this

i used to run the 1600, 3200, and the 800. My 5k is like 20:15 or maybe a little longer. However I was 70-80 lbs lighter when i did this smh

Damn fam you got some mass on you at 200+. We got similar body types, I think. Shit I don't know for sure. Anyway yeah I'd bulk until the dawn of spring if I were you. I'm doing strength training till the end of the year then hyper trophy in the rest of winter. Your gains won't be showing anyway since it'll be covered in a jacket. I feel like winter is going to be a bitch this year.

Actually jive.. Can you recommend a good home workout that targets abs and chest/pecks
Do you have any equipment at home?(bench, some dumbbells or barbells, pullup bar) If not some of the best chest exercises you can do are pushups and the many variations. Wide stance, close/triangle pushups, incline pushups. For abs I find the best exercises are crunches, hanging leg raises, and lying down leg raises. Hanging leg/knee raises are some of the best ones but you need some sort of bar to hang on to. You could do a workout like: pushups-20 reps immediately followed by Crunches-25 Rest a bit Incline pushups-20 Immediately followed by Leg raises-20 Rest Wide grip pushups-15 immediately followed by hanging leg raises or planks for like 60 seconds) Then repeat

Deep into my bulk. I'm really huge in real life, a day doesn't go by when someone doesn't call me a big guy. But i think I am starting to get too large, to the point where it may become unaesthetic. I'm at 6'2" and bounce between 206-210lbs which isn't exactly huge, but i'm mostly muscle so it looks a lot larger than normal. My arm is bigger than a handle of bombay However, it's too early to start cutting. We're barely getting into winter. So should I just keep bulking until february/march? I'll probably end up at a good 225lbs. Also, to do my cut I have been planning to utilize some "extra curriculars" hehe to bring myself to this level so stay tuned :]
