Yes I do, you're just upset that bench pressing is just a meathead activity.
Heavy weights with few reps adds bulk. Higher reps with heavy weights leans out muscle. All bench pressing really does is "puff" out your muscles. When are you practically EVER going to need to bench press? Never.
Exercising without weights gives you more compact, dense muscle that can be used more practically in an every day setting. This is a fact.

i have a question because you seem to be quite knowledgeable about objective attractiveness and stuff
what would you say has a larger impact on one's attractiveness--their face/complexion, or their hair style
i've been told by a number of people that a good hairstyle can make pretty much anyone at least a "7"
but i'm skeptical
it seems to me that if you have a bad face, good hair helps, but you're generally just fucked
Face. Specifically bone structure followed by complexion. With an attractive face any hairstyle will look good on you However for anyone with a sub 8 face (aka 80% of people) hairstyles will make a big difference. A major thing is hairline/going bald, that can really detract from someones overall rating.

I'm continuing lifting and will probably start extra curriculars to build my body into a beautiful work of art, get fitness famous and probably sponsored
Also going to school to become a physical therapist. I'm really fucking good at it actually and a lot of my family is in the field so I pretty much have that path set, all i need to do is make sure my grades are good. Afterward i might open up my own pt clinic.
