Das clean, bruh. I'm actually getting into body building, I could compete in a few months. Will post pics then. I'm pretty jelly on the legs though, it's my weak point. Last couple weeks I haven't been able to walk straight(not gay) Getting good gains.

For legs I like to do high rep stuff, I find I respond best to that. Close stance squats 10-15 reps, Hack squat Tom Platz style, and leg extensions are my favorites. I usually go slower on the negative it really makes them scream lol
Do you think high rep is better for legs then? I've been doing 5 reps of heavy squats and higher reps when it comes to lunges and extensions. I'm terrible at close stance, my balance is garbage. Too top heavy Do you have any tips on how to get your calves yoked?
Personally I like high rep squats. The lowest I'll go is 8 reps, but that I still try to go heavy. Mix it up by feel too, somedays I stay strictly 10-15 reps other days I'll do straight sets of 6-8 very heavy. I never go below 5 anymore,too easy to get injured Work on ankle flexibility, it is an under looked part of squats and will help a ton For calves my favorite is to do the seated one. I've been lazy with them lately but the best I ever had them I would do 5 sets with my toes pointed forwards, 15-20reps 5 sets toes pointed inward, 15-20reps 5 sets toes pointed outward, 15-20reps Toes hanging near the edge, get a really deep stretch and at the top when you flex, try to go even higher than that for an extra squeeze. Then I'd do standing calf raises in the smith machine 4 sets of 8-12 pretty heavy, similar technique as above

Don't trip chocolate chip. I didn't go to my prom either. I really felt regretful/left out for a few days but trust me 100% when I say in a weeks time you will be completely over it. People may bring it up once in a while but for the most part it doesn't change your life in any way And in a years time you will be soooo over it lol. One thing I will say though is to use the feelings you have right now to motivate you to form more relationships and connections with people Like I said though mayne, it seems sucky now but the feeling will pass very soon and you'll feel relieved

It's scary how much this also applies to me. I hate the fact that I'm 24 and that I missed out. I hate my life.
The advice I gave can also apply to you. There's no age where it's "too late" to change things if you don't like how they are. Don't worry about what you "missed out" on. It's useless to you to dwell on that, all it'll do is make you unhappy in the now. You're not as disadvantaged as you think relationship wise/socially. Improve yourself bro. Don't focus on trying to chase girls. Put all your energy into being the best you can be physically/mentally/emotionally/spiritually/career wise. There are a lot of ways to do this, I can help And the funny thing is as you work on yourself, you'll notice you become sort of like a magnet for women. Higher quality women too, not the insecure ones you chase. Women that will empower you
