Load size has reduced definitely. First one is sweet maybe a little less than originally but following ones are pitiful. I think that's dependent on genetics though.

Today/tonight was crazy
Woke up and texted K. We didn't text AT ALL the day before after hanging out for hours so it felt weird. She was on her way to a trip tho so she was gonna text me tomorrow once she got home.
I drank 3 cups of green tea and jogged shirtless in the sun for 15 minutes and then tanned another 30. Then I came in and had 4 eggs, a protein shake, and 3/4ths a cup of oatmeal with water and cranberries like I do every morning. Took my vitamins and apple cider vinegar afterward.
Then I watched ZYZZ VIDEOS which I haven't done in a long long time. Feels good man they always motivate me really well. Plus I have the most important rave/festival of my life coming up this weekend so I have to mentally prepare
I read a bit and then took a hydroxicut fatloss supplement that this girl gave me for free a few months Ago. Didn't realize it had over 400mg of caffeine per capsule though!!! Went to the gym and had a great workout. Looking insanely leaner and tight everyone is complimenting felt like zyzz
