Halo 5 is using both the old and new Sangheili body design under their armour.
The Swords of Sangheilios use the older style armour too.
Sooo the 3/4 fatties, 1/2 thinnies or the actually intimidating Reach ones?
The ones we got in H2A I'd assume.

Well considering they have some really ragged tech in their timeline, they'd probably burn up. But who knows.

Those drop pods barely made it through reentry >_>
I'm quite sure a small probe with the proper chutes can make it through without issue. It would be capable enough to support technology without having to worry about human safety.
