Nah, I can see it happening. You don't have to fully understand something for it to work. If you poke on something in a certain way and it gives you a result, you have the method and the result. If one wants to achieve that result, one pokes it in the place.
Yeah, I can imagine this sort of machinery operating to a degree in my lifetime.
