Neat Having it passed through the family has a higher value than 10 dollars. It is hard to distinguish whether or not you are using passive aggression here, but I thank you for finding that.

If I spent the next week scanning the pages, would you all like a digital copy? Even with one's care, scanning the pages risks tearing the spine apart. It is in a pretty decent condition, but I am afraid to risk it if nobody is interested in reading this.

It can be hereditary as well. I believe quite a few others in my family have it as well, but my old habit made it progress.

Stop chewing gum for real. My surgeon told me it was one of the worst things I could do for my jaw.
I needed surgery for my tmj to stop it from getting worse. My ligaments were beginning to tear
I stopped chewing gum two years ago, when it happened the first time.

Second time my jaw felt like this. Especially around the left side.
TMJ is when one has issues around the jaw joints. The cartilage has worn away around said area and both sides have the tendency to pinch nerves. I was prescribed with a steroid previously to ease the swelling. I think it all derived from my consistent gum chewing.
