Glasslands was my favorite, I actually hate how Philips was almost left out entirely in Dictata. The Halsey stuff I can kind of get behind because her actions really are rather immoral, however, the people convicting her also authorized immoral acts, this may set up a great revenge plot. We shall see. Spartan Ops cinematics were a masterpiece in my mind.
After doing what's best for humanity, I am pretty sure Halsey would not act like so towards her kind. I'm hoping that she's simply acting like so for revenge. She would be basically abandoning what she loves, if she fully sided with Jul.

I enjoyed the books, but it did just feel like filler to me. I also hated how much of a snob they made Parangosky.
I didn't mind Mortal Dictata. The constant bashing of Halsey was unsettling in the previous two books.
