You claim to be right but, as evidenced by this thread, there is nothing to substantiate that claim. It shows you like to try to twist the argument in your favor by throwing out false claims tagged up with assumptions, though. And then once those fail you start claiming you have all the facts. A typical routine of someone who has no substance.
To answer your question, he does it and has done it in multiple threads where he whines about this post or that post and goes on to talk about how the site would be MUCH BETTER if it was done from his iron-fisted idea of a forum, all the while insulting the very user base he's trying to convince to change the forums.

I've been in the same spot as you, but he just fails to acknowledge any of the reasonable points, and they're being shot down by everyone because you are disliked. I had three people on me (including psy), and get this, I wasn't the only one seeing it as bullying. Another user pointed the fact out; and he kept on going about how he is just, and fair. It's best to ignore him for these things, and assume that he's a tyrant that can't be reasoned with. You shouldn't ignore him altogether, because he sometimes post good stuff.
