A 14 year old kid shot a 27 year old on the beach here about 5 nights ago, he had 2 guys in their 20's as accomplices. All were Bloods. There was some kind of argument. Lots of shootings out here now, I think we had 2 today actually, mostly spring breakers and not involving locals though. Shit sucks.
