Actually...I'm a bit unhappy with the way the elites look. The feet are just...bad and awkward looking and the proportions of the face still seem off. But...it's a long shot better than the turds in Halo 4, and slightly better than the ones in Reach.
If they just used H3's design, I think the majority would be happy.
