343 didn't make Reach. And their first product was Halo 4. Not the MCC

343 had development control of reach after 2012 (maybe for some degree of time in 2011) and they "developed" CE:A, so their first product is technically CE:A
I totally forgot about CE:A However 343 had control of Reach's servers for multiplayer. They may have had much more than that, but it wouldn't have changed anything.
