Alright folks, I know you love Ryle very very much.
But the front page is covered in Ryle threads. And we can't have that now.
That's spam through making new threads and necrobumping old ones.

So knock it off ok?

Gaming / Favorite Weapons/Dual Wield Combos in Halo?
« on: January 24, 2015, 01:10:57 AM »
Weapon: Covenant Carbine

Though I tend to use the Sniper rifle the most for obvious reasons, nothing beats the Carbine in my book. It's sound, high-fire rate and change of pace from the Battle-Rifle is something that makes it a unique weapon I always want to use.

Dual-Wielding: SMG-Magnum

As fun as dual Magnums are in halo 2, my favorite combo is the SMG and Magnum.
SMG takes the shields down, Magnum gets the headshot.

How do you feel about Christians in particular?
You're barking up the wrong tree kiddo. You don't want to know how I feel about christians. LOL

Try me.
Okay well I can't just take one thought pertaining to religion out of my head without some sort of context to apply it to. Religion isn't just one single piece of fruit that I can fruit ninja in half. If you wanted me to write some really elaborate and totally succinct version of how I feel about religion right before your eyes I'm sorry but you're out of luck.

Well you mentioned you had some particular feelings regarding Christianity.
I was just expecting something on that.
I can't pull something out of a hat. LOL. You obviously are a new moderator or else you would have seen me talk about it in the past. I am much more mature about it these days than I used to be too.

No, I just haven't read all your threads in full.
Sometimes I'm busy. Or, no offense, I'm not willing to read everything all the time.

I suppose I have to get the ball rolling.

What I think Mark Twain is saying here is: Kings are criminals.
And being a Monarch in itself is a crime. One person in that much power is seen as a criminal.
Because they control, they influence, they decide. They say what goes.

Also, you can thank me for starting the trend of calling everyone 'nigger'. It just caught on and even the mods sometimes say it.

Some mods, not all

Door, a quote thread simply isn't fit for the Serious Board.
However if you use a quote to lead into a discussion on one of the accepted Serious topics, that's passable:

Quote
Economics
Ethics
Philosophy
Politics
Military
Medicine*
Religion
War

*This pertains to the more serious aspects of healthcare, rather than just things like the common cold. To give three examples - Ebola crisis, Nationalised healthcare/Insurance healthcare discussions and things like suicide prevention/discussion.

But a quote thread, is a quote thread. And it just doesn't fit in Serious.

I can't wait for Nick to get in this thread :D
