God the art style for that and that newer Clone Wars series looks like shit. If they wanted an animated series than it should have looked like Battle of The Gods but with a darker and more realistic style to it. This art style of theirs makes things look out of proportion and it makes the characters look like shit. Some of them are way too damn skinny.

Having your armor set one color for no matter the environment is even more impractical and retarded. Hell the helmets are as well. The eye visors are way too limited. The visor should be the same size as the one on the helmet the Master Chief wears.

Hand guards on a real sword don't cut your hand off if you brush against them.
Usually a light saber is going up against another light saber so a normal piece of metal is going to be useless for a guard. In Star Wars Legacy those Imperial Knights to have gauntlets that are light saber resistant but that type of metal might be rare or hard to make.

I notice some of you in that thread are hatting on it becasue of the beams coming from the sides. If anything those are there as hand guards. If you look at some swords and knives like the UNSC they have a piece of metal sticking out to the sides. That's there to protect your hand. So those beams would be the light saber version of that.

Unless Nintendo can come up with new IPs I don't see them doing as well as what the Wii did. Sure the Wii U is going to sale at some point, but I don't see it being above the Xbone or PS4. Nintendo is too child friendly which I see turning people away. There's no reason why there isn't a M rated library for Nintendo. The other thing about the Wii U I see turning people away is that it's weaker than the Xbone. Even being weaker than the PS4 it's still on the same level as it where they both share games. With the Wii U the hardware gap is so far behind that it is going to be missing out on games. The Wii sold on the motion gimmick which sold because it was new. With the Wii U it's only selling factor is that screen controller which isn't pushing out systems that great. .

I just want to see a desert in TES. It has a chance for some really cool Shadow of the Colossus type stuff.
That type of stuff will most likely be only in your dreams. With the amount of effort they put into Skyrim it's safe to say you're not going to get anything creative for creatures that resemble the colossus.
