I know the thing has the second nub but would that be used all that much since the 3DS doesn't have one? I know there's that money grabbing accessory but that can't be used as much either since it's an accessory. Then there's the CPU which is faster on this model. Is the 3DS that slow where it would be justified paying more for the new model? That there is the only reason why I'm considering it when it comes out in the US.

They are worse. No matter what the game is and ho makes it the game will never live up to your hype. I was kinda hyping GTA 5 and that disappointed. GTA Online is not about fun, it's about RockStar making money. The environment is a big step above GTA 4's but it's still empty and hardly anything to it. There's hardly a variety to it compared to San Andreas.

For myself ever since I got a job the holiday lost all meaning to it. Before I looked forward to it because I was getting presents. Now that I have a job I'm able to buy myself the same things I would be getting for Christmas or better things. Now the way I see it is that Instead of people buying me things they can use the money themselves and I do the same. But nope, I still have to buy people things. With racing game we usually see more change to them than what sports games get. Look at Need For Speed. Even though it's primary a racing game there's a game mode that's all about causes destruction. There's that Full Auto racing game which is something like Twisted Metal. When it comes to racing games the ones that usually stay the same would be NASCAR ones. fps games Even with Battlefield being nothing more than a texture pack for years now it still has more change than what sports games had since that series went modern. The story changes, the maps change, there's new vehicles and weapons. strategy games. By strategy do you mean something like chess? If so then there's really no change that can be done to that besides some type of spinoff that's similar.

Hey those devs work hard to reskin their products!
There really needs to be some type of regulation for videos games. Shit like this shouldn't be allowed, sports games shouldn't cost $65 for a reskin, day one DLC should either be free or released a few months after the game comes out, charging for disc locked content should be prohibited and if a game launches with very few maps than the first or so DLC map packs should be free.
Notice how the only people complaining about this are people who don't like/play sports games?
So I take it the people that don't have a problem with being majorly ripped off are either idiots or blind fanboys? I can see buying one of the games every now and then but on a yearly or even a tri-yearly base is just retarded. The people that are buying them on a yearly base are bascilly paying $65 a year for a skin pack. That's just idiotic and there's no logical justification for that. It's not major and it's really not a 2014 thing but I want to bring up heist for GTA 5. So far it's been over a year and we still haven't got them. There's a few articles that's about RockStar saying we will get them a few days after they were posted but that never happened. Like I said this really isn't a controversy but it's wroth mentioning since it's something that was promised and so far not been fulfilled.

Valve could be doing the same thing. Maybe Half Life 3 has so many bugs in it that it's taking them years to get rid of them. Once they get rid of the bugs they are going to announce the game which is going to be released a few months after the announcement.

When you're paying full price for a game that's nothing more than a skin pack every year then it's not worth it. You're paying full price for something that would either be free or coast around 1 for a DLC in some game. And like I said, you go play the Fifa games from the early 2000s to now, there is far more evolution than there has been in the FPS genre for one. So besides the engine being updated which every game does and there being goalkeeping that's more like goal keeping. What evolution is there that would have more changes to it than what the FPS genre had? You are judging yearly instalments vs tri-yearly instalments. So how about thinking Fifa 12-Fifa 15, or 07 to 10-because to say they are reskins is just ignorance So then what have these games done to prevent them from being reskins? Does one game have spin off game modes like a Tron styled thing? Does one game have cars being used to move the bar around? What changes are there that prevents these games from being simple reskins besides engine updates? Unless you make up gamemodes or a spin off version there's only so much you can do.
