Dammit 343, the original Rocket Launcher looked awesome.
So did the M4 Sherman. Why did the military replace that with the tanks we have today? They should have kept them because of how iconic they are.

My point is that the rocket launcher has been in service for years. By that time any military would have replaced it with a newer design. Video game or not weapons should be getting replaced with newer designs after so many years, fan favorites or not.

How dare 343 replaced the rocket launcher that has been in service for years with a newer model. After all a military doesn't replace old things with newer and better things or at least upgrades things. The US military is still using those jeeps from WW2 and M4 Sherman's after all.

Hopefully this time we get story based DLC. It's retarded that the last game is story based and we only got one story based DLC and the rest of the DLC is for the MP which isn't he main thing to the game.

Maybe. But this story based game should still have more than one single story based DLC to it. It's retarded that it has a shit load of MP ones to it when that's not the main focus to the game. They should have made a DLC about that black guy and his brother that's about the time they left until we meet up with them. Then for another DLC they should have went along with that one about that guy you see in the drawings.

I really don't get why they don't have him naming the ones that are the closest to him for that series. You would think Pikachu would have a nickname by now out of friendship and respect. Ash calling Pikachu Pikachu would be like him calling Misty "women" every time he addressed her.

When I seen the concept art to the game I was thinking it was going to be like that. Concept or not this image is implying that the game is going to have sci-fi and fantasy elements to it. They look like knights wearing power armor and there's the tiger thing which looks fantasy as well. That guys weapon looks like a rifle version of a decorated sword.
That image was the very foundation of that game during the initial development. During a panel I watched, Joe Staten said it captured everything they wanted to have in Destiny.
........wow things got screwed up.
I can see how it captured what they wanted with the game. There's the ship and armor which is sci-fi and they look like knights and there's the tiger which is fantasy. The image just gives you a feeling that the game is going to be about exploration due to the ship and the women with the binoculars. Then there's these two images which have a very strong fantasy environment to them. It would be bad ass playing in that fantasy environment with your sci-fi gear. For those goblins I think it would be cool if their weapons fired plasma shots at you to give it that sci-fi feel. Then there's this image that's just simply badass. Imagine exploring this planets and seeing those things driving around.

I don't get that either. The game is stored on the disc but you have to download the game from the disc to the system. Why can't we just play the game from the disc without having to download it?
