It's about a families dark past which has a member talking about it. They talk about it and they have actors reenacting it. The episode I seen was about some guy talking about his dad. The dad claimed to be some ex Green Beret who was the 22nd most decorated solider in US history. The guy ended up being some wanted guy for killing his two kids. Then it has some women talking about her deaf dad who attacked his wide and ended up slashing the throat of his girlfriend.

He is right. Let's take a look at Jesse's house in Breaking Bad. His parents wanted to sell the thing for $800,000 and it was just an average house. I know it's a fictional TV show but the prices of houses are correct. Depending on your area you could be buying close to a million or more for a house.
