Aesthetically, yeah, but in terms of personality, she's a cardboard cutout of a cardboard cutout.
At least in SS, they took strides in giving her a personality, and it worked very well.
They gave her a generic あにめ かわいい です personality. If you want a good Zelda personality, play Spirit Tracks. Wind Waker's Tetra was also great until she became boring again and chilled in some basement for a third of the game, and OoT's was cool because of the whole Sheik thing.

It's the worst Zelda game. You're not missing much. The entire overworld is a series of linear paths with no exploration. Miss riding around hyrule field with Epona? Miss sailing the seas finding new islands? Too bad. The game is also a motion controlled tech demo, the entire game is built to prop up its garbage controls. The music is also below average. There's a few great songs like Ballad of the Goddess, Koloktos, and the Sand Sea, but the rest are just "oh we have an orchestra so let's make bland compositions because it'll sound good anyway". The game also reuses content like crazy. 2 bosses are fought 3 different times, and entire areas are forced to be backtracked through multiple times. You even have to redo a dungeon at one point with minimal changes. The story is also trash, it starts off decent but then it turns into "go do some predetermined shit to prove your worth", Spoiler You actually find the entire Triforce inside a treasure chest. I'm not kidding. It feels like a parody of Zelda. This is the best Zelda design, by the way.
