the calculations show that a reaper's hull can barely handle plasma without being rekt in 2 shots, let alone the hard light weapons the forerunners use.
Hardlight is a phony bullshit soft sci-fi concept, so that's LOLS worthy to even use it for an actual comparison
Hardlight has been demonstrated in real life before.
Also, the reapers controlling the galaxy is crap. The reapers are basically the 11 year olds in the playground-they have their own corner and every few years, a new kid who's only 5 attempts to join them, and they get pushed over and get a scraped knee. The 11 year olds aren't strong in the long run, it's just they make themselves look stronger by picking fights with kids who are t on the same physical standard as them. The Forerunners are the teachers who can exact authority by sending everyone into detention when they're naughty by taking away their phones and ending break. Then the Precursors are like the school admininistrators and an shut down the entire school if they'd o wish.
I feel that's an accurate comparison of Halo to ME.
You know it'd be good to site a source for claiming hardlight to be real. Because I've never seen anything that supports that claim anywhere.

I think it was an experiment from last year where some researchers managed to entangle a small crystal structure to a bunch a photons, which somehow made them act "like atoms"(ie could get them to hold some sort of structure). It's pretty above me so you may want to look it up yourself. Seems to be a scaling problem there though.

I'll probably get a reflective one like that. My last one was just a basic refracting one my dad bought me. Still I used it for like 5 years before I busted it.
