I do think, however, that a large part of why people see weed smokers as the "lazy, dumb stoner" archetype is because most people who smoke were lazy and dumb to begin with.

As a person that lives in one of the states that would be effected this just isn't really fair. I didn't fucking vote for Mary Fallin but yet according to the people in this thread I still "get what I deserve" when an F5 tornado comes barreling through and destroys my whole town and I get no disaster relief. Yes great logic you got there. If you honestly believe in punishing a whole population and putting human lives in immediate danger for a few people's beliefs then you should rightly fucking off yourself.
Relief is not going to be withheld.
But even with preventative FEMA funds, Oklahoma is still one of the least prepared states in the entire country. Complain to Fallin before you complain to FEMA.
Once again I did not vote for Fallin and still I know a lot of that preparedness funding goes to building storm shelters which save a lot of lives. So if you want to have that high of a disregard for human life and say that a population, many of which did not even vote for these people to be in power, deserve to get none of those life saving funds then you may as well fuck off you belligerent little cunt. You fucking liberals like to sit high and mighty and act like your better than everyone but you may as well be the scum of the fucking earth if you wish death upon people based on ideology.
I'm sorry if I don't want disproportionate amounts of FEMA funds going to your state and away from mine because your dipshit governor can't spend it properly.
