I guess we'd all make hundreds of alts that would make it less likely for all the important accounts to get banned.
All of the bans are IP bans, so we'd increase the likelihood of us getting banned. It's like adding another ticket into the ban lottery.

A good idea! I think I have a few lying around...
Just make sure to specify exactly how much, so anarchy doesn't settle in once your unknown supply of passes dries out.

Uh...alt accounts?
All bans are IP bans. So alts wouldn't work. Making an alt would increase your likelihood of getting banned in fact. Cause it changes from a 1/150 to a 1/75 chance.

You know, it really wasn't their decision. Blame the UN.
Also isn't it considered "holy land" to both sides? It would make sense why they both want it.
Goddammit. Not even 2 years in, and then the UN makes a terrible mistake.

I'll answer with my own hypothetical.

How long would you stay conscious if I was repeatedly punching you while you were tied to a chair?
(No you can't get out by any circumstances.)

No?

Why not? It's fun.

So this would be some weird forum crisis. One which would lead to the death of the forum inevitably. So the crisis is: There's a website glitch (that is impossible for the moderators to fix) where one completely random person, including moderators, is permabanned from the Forum each day. And it's the total ban where you're locked out of the forum. Moving to a new offsite is not an option, and it would force everyone in the Offsite to either return to B.net or leave the community.

But the little dilemma is: How long would the forum last if such a thing happened. There are over 150 users, but the forum with no doubt would die long before then. Which combination of users being banned would force the forum to die out in the quickest period of time? Which particular users are core enough to the community to where even if just they got banned, it would greatly affect the forum? Which user combination not being banned would allow the forum to survive for the longest. And if that, how long would the forum last?

There were already a lot of them that had fled to the region before the Mandate, so that might have been another factor.

At this point I think Uganda was still a colony of some empirical country (might've been France or Britain, just guessing at this point), and the mindset of the Allies was "fuck the natives, just give these Jews some land (regardless of it's shitty-ness)", as shown by the current location of Israel.

Obviously the Jews (or representatives of them) chose the creation of Israel in Palestine for religious reasons, being their SHARED holy land with Muslims and Christians.
It was a British colony back then. And since the UK went bankrupt, they had to give away all of their colonies, hence them extremely willing to give up both Uganda and Palestine. What were the bloody Jews thinking though... >.>

Lived with a conservative family, and was molded into that mindset for a while. Crappy patriotism and all. Starting getting better educated, paying attention, and my opinion slowly shifted towards the middle and called myself independent. These days I probably fit the label of liberal, though I don't really identify as such. Parents seem to think college brainwashed me (haha).

The more I understand politics and how the government works, the more I absolutely despise it.
Thanks for summing me up, aside from the college brainwashing part. I had a better resolution, where I convinced my parents how the Republitards are indeed Republitards.

« on: August 07, 2014, 04:16:28 PM »
I just got a 1337 s3xx4y idea here. So some of us don't have Xbox Live, yet many of us have unneeded 48-hour and other length passes, right? So why not let out your excess 48-hour passes go to those members without Xbox Live for the good of this Forum and Humanity! So how it'd work would be people would say that they have X number of unneeded passes available, and users who need passes can just ask those people for one 48-hour pass. And then the person with the pass would send the number via PM, and then edit his/her post so there's one less pass available.

But so the thing doesn't get abused and the passes don't evaporate immediately, it should be where you can only ask for one pass per week. Just for supply sake. Good idea or good idea?

O.o Half an hour?

Still... I probably would have just waited with a weapon handy. I wouldn't go out there and attack him.
Shit can change. Fast. You don't know when the person in question would change from standing out calmly, to breaking through the window and shooting up the place.

And I live in one of the most secure and safe neighborhoods (in the country). The US has way too few members in its different police forces. I've heard of cases in Detroit where the Police took more than 12 hours to respond to 911 emergency. It's a fucking joke. There's so much corruption and kleptocracy in the US, it's not even funny.

Hmm... Someone's banging on more door. Let's look at my options.

1. Shoot him. Causing you months of trouble in court and possibly jail time.

2. Call the police. They'll take about 5 min to get here. The guy banging does seem to be having trouble getting in though. There's a possibility he'll get in before police arrive. Although  I could just go in my room, barricade the door, and keep a weapon handy. Note: The assailant will label you a coward.

3. Ignore him. The guy could be an assailant. Ignoring him could put me and my family at risk.

Which would you choose?

This is in Detroit where the Police take hours to respond. Even where I live, it took the Police half an hour to show up at my house after they were dispatched.

Elites were already dinosaurs to begin with. Grunts were supposed to be arthropodic. Jackals... they must be another genus of Jackal because that's in no way bird like. But, I like the raptor look. It just needs to be a skirmisher subtype, though.
But did they have to make them look so retarded though? I really want whatever 343 was smoking in 2012 just so I can think of shit as retarded as that.

No, no, no... this was after the events of WWII. Though you are correct, Hitler did have some idea of sending Jews to Madagascar (even sent an ambassador to scope the place out), but later after invading Poland it was impossible, so then he decided to send them all (Polish Jews included) to Lublin/Nisko as a super-scaled up version of the ghettos. But then in late 1941 he just gave up trying to keep them alive*, and decided to kill them along with the disabled, eastern Europeans and gypsys.

*This is the Structuralist viewpoint of the events leading to the Holocaust, that he didn't intend to kill them, just migrate them somewhere else. Various historians argue that Hitler planned it from the start which is the Intentionalist viewpoint, but factually that is what happened before the Final Solution.

Um, why the fuck did they pick Uganda then? That's a horrible location. It's densely populated (along with having a large population), small, and it's pretty much an island of (relative) stability in a sea of chaotic countries. Madagascar at least made some sense, as it was a goddamn island.
