Much as I like Obama, he doesn't have that much power. Your country is run by a few families that have all the money and pull all the strings.  The Koch brothers are never going to send the military to take your guns. They're just going to make you poor and distracted with gizmos and working all day.

They're doing it the smart way, and they're winning because chumps like you feel powerful with an AK while they take jobs and money out of your neighborhood. Because it's going to become a free for all when climate change gets worse and more jobs are shipped over seas while immigrants get all the jobs because they're willing to get payed less. Then tell me how soldiers are dying in the Middle-East currently? Ballistic vests only reduce the chances of being injured from small-caliber ammunition such as 9mm and other pistol calibers. The combatants over there are using rifle calibers which still penetrate body armor

Seeing as how, as I've said many times, the  AR-15 was produced as a civilian rifle then that infers that 5.56/.223 was designed for civilian use

Not really. The country they all came from was going in the shitter rapidly, and they just had to leave. A lot of them were dirt poor when they arrived cause they pretty much left with the clothes on their backs. And I'll be leaving with plenty of money.
