The Flood, in this situation, would basically merge with Serious since the nonsense posts would be filtered into the Anarchy board. The Flood would have to require a bit more of the whole "Play Nice" mentality, since otherwise we'd have, essentially, two identical boards.

Hypothetically, if this were to happen, the Serious forum would probably have to be absorbed back into The Flood, since otherwise we'd be splitting the content that would usually just go into The Flood into three forums. Art would also go (though it probably will anyway, since it is barren).
We could have non-controversial topics going into The Flood, and very controversial/bait topics going into the Anarchy board?

Then just delete posts which spill Anarchy board stuff into other forums? Cheat suggested giving it a trial run of a few days. I think that'd be the best idea.

I suggested this exact idea twice before, but over half of the forum rejected it. There was literally no reason to reject the idea. Everyone gets what they want. The uptight users don't have to deal with shitposting. And the shitposters get their haven to do whatever they please.

I agree completely. Harmony and "respectable discussion" is boring. Cheat should just make the anarchy forum. People who don't like it don't have to go there. It's a win-win situation. I don't know why everyone is so against the idea.

I'm not much of an internet community guy. 4chan and Reddit have never clicked with me. The only reason I even participate in The Flood is because I've been here so long. You can never leave The Flood after all. Pretty much, if I left, I wouldn't even bother joining another internet community. This is the only internet community I've ever gotten into the habit of participating in.
