So let's say Cheat makes a poll of whether to remove Sentra from this forum forever. Would you support having him removed? He's pretty much a dick to everyone, so I wouldn't be surprised if a majority of users would want him to removed if the question was asked.

This place is honestly pretty dull right now. And most memorable things are generated from controversy and adrenaline. So why not have it where flamewars aren't locked on sight? Besides. If you don't like them, you can always not participate in them. And this site can't "spiral out of control" unlike the first Offsite because we have no ToS to follow. The only reason things got so bad there was because the first Offsite was violating the ToS. There is no reason to disallow flamewars.
