It's the contemporary and colloquial definition or war, yes. But not in the technical and legal sense the constitution goes by. I'm not saying I agree with that, but that's just how it is. Is it outdated and should be changed? Perhaps. But technically, Obama has not declared war and has thereby not conferred on the competences of Congress.

You were talking about approving war, which is something else entirely. Are the hostilities between gangs in the US a war? Hostilities and armed violence between different groups within a nation? No, because it takes a competent organ or institution to declare war. You can keep resorting to populism and calling this a "war", but it technically isn't. And as I hope you know, law is all about the technicalities, which is exactly why Obama is allowed to do this. Don't blame me, blame your constitution and how it's interpreted.

Created a stack of text books that builds a castle.
I have only my backpack, computer, phone and two sheets of paper with me. It's going to be a small castle.
1. Put backpack on desk
2. Put laptop on backpack
3. Draw skull and bones on paper
5. Take paper and stick it through both sides of the pencil
6. Balance pencil on laptop

Sounds like............Destiny.
None of the things you mentioned are missions in Destiny, which is exactly the point. I kept count and played 7 consecutive Destiny story missions where all I did was go to point A while killing a bunch of enemies followed by a horde mode while my ghost was hacking something. It's tedious, borning and unimaginative. I'm not saying that Borderlands is the pinnacle of varied game design, but it had you assassinate certain targets, gather items, defend objectives and hunt bosses. It included races, escapes, horde modes, survival, explore, rescue... Compared to all this, Destiny is utterly boring.
