I'm not even here to defend Islam I just get triggered that a bunch of people who know nothing about the region bar ChallengerX are using one event in the last 50 years to explain why the Middle East is so religious, it's always been religious.

>Judging countries by pictures of the upper classes
Really fires my neurons
Not everybody in those pictures is from the upper class, you just don't want to admit that the country turned into a shit hole due to Islam. http://bowshrine.com/1970s-iran-before-the-islamic-revolution/

That's pretty fascinating actually, amazing how Islam destroyed that country.
Lmao you're like a nigger, you've probably never read a book on Iranians or the Middle East and here you are posting absolutes in regard to societal trends. >Judging countries by pictures of the upper classes

I'm confused as to why you keep saying this.
Yes, people in rural Iran were more religious and the women would cover up more and wear burkas, but the huge difference being that they weren't forced to.
Was the Shah a puppet and "dictator"? Sure, but literacy rates in rural areas were growing fast and so was the quality of life. People could make money in Iran, now they can't.
If the situation was so great why did pretty much every corner of society join the Islamic leaders in overthrowing the Shah? It doesn't make rationale sense.

Not everybody in those pictures are from the upper class, you just don't want to admit that the country turned into a shit hole due to Islam. The pitcher below and some of the ones in the URL you can easily tell they are everyday people, like the ones you would see in a place like the US during that time period. http://bowshrine.com/1970s-iran-before-the-islamic-revolution/

>Using a picture of the Bin Laden family Though this is Saudi Arabia which has also been under Islamic rule since forever thank you for proving my point, the Bin Laden family are pretty damn wealthy and in no way representative of the general populace of which you will find that no one dressed like this. >First photo literally looks like a bunch of university students >2nd is a bunch of dudes with a Mercedes >The rest are compolitan areas and what looks to be more like students. Iran on the other hand is much bigger than Tehran, less than 10 stills is and will never representative of country. I'm not arguing that Islam isn't the result my point is that these people were religious even before the revolution. >Judging countries by pictures of the upper classes

So the middle east is not in the dark ages?
Define 'dark ages'
Religion as a way of life. Specifically following Quran to the letter. Stoning people to death with no fair trial, women are more like pets than people, apostasy = death.
And in which Middle East countries does this actively take place in bar opposition held Syria and Saudi Arabia?

How you do just ban "lobbying"? The practice in itself is rather vague, to prevent this sort of thing you would need to monitor all contact of administration officials. It seems like nothing more but fanfare to appeal to his voter base, no doubt they'll buy into it.

What sane American would want to go to the Middle East? That region is filled with savages and terrorist who wouldn't think twice about killing a Christian.
>Iran >religiously motivated violence against anyone other than Sunnis
lol
Iran isn't even sectarian towards Sunnis they only oppose the wahabis.

The US needs to be partitioned. A white state can be salvaged. You say that but my race just became enemies of the state again, literally banned from the country.

The only person I just don't talk about it with is Flee, because him and I would get into very heated arguments before and its not worth fighting over it.
I don't think I've ever seen you defend your position in supporting Drumpf.
I'm just going to say this. I'm going to make a followup call on Wednesday. I'm likely going to get the job. If I do, I thank Based Trump.
I just got back from my interview at the machine shop. I'm not going to disclose the name of the business because I know most of you would Google it and start prank calling.
With this kind of thinking I almost feel bad for your employer.

And then, of course, there's the removal of all references to science, civil rights, LGBT, health care and climate change on the official White House and administration website O no, the president is doing things I approve of, don't care about, or are inconsequential to me. He must be illegitimate.
If this has anything to do with policies later on then it's definitely a call for concern, these are staples.
