I'm disgustingly skinny too and it makes me feel like shit man. Clothes don't fit me properly and it becomes so much more noticeable when I wear tight fitted clothing to the point where I don't want to leave my house. Ive got a job and I work near 40 hours a week so I can't go to gym because I'm just too tired.
In regards to food you've got to eat a shit ton amount, get an app(I use my fitness pal, that's the apps name) that counts calories and make sure everyday you're eating a surplus. Since you're so skinny I recommend eating anything, literally any food just eat it and don't stop when you're full.
