All the mods that fixed Rome 2.

That is also a great one. Basically throws the whole game around with new factions, and Rome has fallen. It's hard to pin one mod down though in terms of if you're looking for expansions, looks, or some changes to gameplay that make it so different.
Ooo, that one looks really cool, might download that
He just updated it, yeah it's great. If you have Rome 2 as well, lemme know. I'll just link you the mods I have because they actually make it better.
I'm downloading Rome 2 right now it would be much appreciated it you could pls

He's not wrong, instead of constantly bombing each other into oblivion why not hold peaceful talks? How is there anything wrong with that?
Peaceful talks with a terrorist organisation that has nothing to do with the sovereignty of any of the countries involved? How is that in anyway productive?
It's better than conflict.

Until you know, the terrorists start killing you.
Which terrorists are you referring to?

Is there a way to just have a battle between two armies? If I got the games I wouldn't really be interested in doing any of the turn based strategy, or at least not starting out.
Yeah you can do that but the best thing about the total war games is the perfect combination of turn by turn strategy and real time combat

Always love hearing people give their justifications for war, I mean it's not like you have to live through the horrible conditions. Typical.

Removed, expelled, killed, defeated, whatever you want to call it. My dad was part of the forces invading Kuwait at the time, not that it gives me a high-ground or anything just fyi
Then you should realise that the majority of the Iraqi forces were not defeated. The Gulf War ended under a ceasefire.
Quote
What does that have to do with Kuwait and the 2003 invasion?
I'm responding to your implication that Saddam was outright defeated during the Gulf War. He absolutely categorically wasn't. The fact that the US didn't press on is why we had the Iraq War.
I didn't imply Saddam was "outright defeated"
Here's what I said
Quote
He invaded Kuwait and the coalition removed the Iraqi forces
Do you really need me to clarify that I meant the coalition forces removed the Iraqis from Kuwait? That was the main the objective for the war, liberating Kuwait.

The Iraq War
Because we totally should've allowed a fascistic crime lord to continue his fascistic crime lord activities.
Assad is no different now other than the fact that he doesn't have the same resources Saddam did, where is the Western invasion?
Assad is not trying to annex an oil chokepoint critical to global financial stability and threatening to destabilize the entirety of the Middle East last I recalled.
Lol and when did Saddam? He invaded Kuwait and the coalition removed the Iraqi forces, fast forward 10 years or so the West invades Iraq on the basis of "liberating" Iraqis
Lrn2history bro. The Iraqi forces were not "removed."

Saddam was successful against the Kurdish uprising and remained in power.
What does that have to do with Kuwait and the 2003 invasion?
