yeah me too i don't even have a proper cooker it's like an electric oven and it has two hobs on top, let's not even get into the actual state of the kitchen, my housemates are absolutely filthy so i barely cook.

I have beans and rice and some tortillas.

do you know how to cook rice? put the rice in the cooker it should take like 15-20 mins
until then get the tortillas and shred them, just use your hands and rip them into small pieces like the size of half of your pinky finger and then put em to the side

are the beans in a tin? if so drain them. now heat up some oil in a pan, wait until it's real hot and then put in the beans

let that fry for a while, i dunno what seasoning you have salt and pepper should be enough, if you have anything like tandoori or paprika sprinkle some of that on it too.

if you have another pan start frying the tortilla shreds using the same method as the beans, if you don't have another pan then just throw it in with the beans. leave them both in the pan and stir every now and again to prevent them burning, now you just wait until they're crispy.

wait until the rice is done and there you have something basic but hey at least you won't go hungry
