How do the two correlate? If you build muscle you will know because the results will be visual. Being bloated is just the swelling in your abdominal region and the general feeling of being full and uncomfortable.

I haven't train my chest in like 2-3 weeks and all my clothes that used to be tight around the chest are all really loose.
It pisses me off, plus my job is very cardio intensive so I guess I get a good workout there.

yep, muscle wise I was really good like 6-7 months ago but that was because I was religious with my workout routine. 6 days a week, hitting all muscle groups twice a week but I hit the gym 2 days a week max. So yeah I''ve slimmed down quite a bit. But hey at least I'm not fat

How much does Britbong internet service even cost?
My home internet service is cool, I get 40 down like 10 up for £23/$34 a month
Plus it's unlimited and doesn't get throttled when I download during peak times

don't worry it's pretty simple
the higher the number the faster that porno you got open on the other tab will load.
you have to wary about usage though, not all providers have unlimited download limits so once you go over that depending on the contract they'll either cut off your access or you'll go over your monthly amount which in some cases may incur extra fees added to your monthly bill. just pm me and we'll go through if you ever need help on it. i can go through the plans and whatnot with you
