It was rumored before, but this is still sort of surreal to write: the upcoming current-gen remake of Grand Theft Auto V will have a first-person mode.

Yep, if you decide to purchase Rockstar's massive open-world game again, you can experience it all in first-person, from bank robbery to bike stunts to airplane theft.

Rockstar announced the mode today on IGN, where they've got a trailer showing how you'll be able to play as GTA's trio of degenerates from a more personal perspective. Footage shows the player driving, shooting, and flying in first-person, which is hardly new for a video game but definitely new for Grand Theft Auto.

The Flood / shorter people more likely to get dementia
« on: November 03, 2014, 02:52:52 PM »
lol short people
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2818910/Men-shorter-5ft-9ins-25-likely-die-dementia.html

Being short increases a person's chances of dying from dementia, new research has shown.
Men under 5ft 6in in height were 50 per cent more likely to suffer death from Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia than those taller than 5ft 10in, scientists found.
Women were less at risk, but those shorter than 5ft 1in were still 35 per cent more likely to have their lives ended by the disease than those taller than 5ft 5in.
Scientists analysed findings from 18 population studies with more than 180,000 participants, comparing the risk of dying from dementia for the tallest and shortest men and women.
They stressed there was no evidence that lack of height triggered the brain-deteriorating condition, the most common form of which is Alzheimer's.
But height could be a marker of other factors that might influence dementia risk, even early in life.

So this customer bought some items which were quite large but wanted to go shopping for a few more things so she asked me to string them together whilst she shopped and would pick them up later. It was quite busy so I thought I may as leave it until it isn't as busy. Well she came in earlier than expected and got my colleague to string them together for her. She saw me and was like
"I asked him to do it but he's clearly forgot about it"
She then grabbed my arm and started slapping it whilst calling me a naughty boy repeatedly.

I was just like >.> yeah......
In my mind I was like bitch don't get your ebola hands on me(she was white fyi not black)
If she was hot I wouldn't have cared obviously because I'm not gay but she was an old (I'm into milfs but this bitch was old than Christ) white lady and I could smell alcohol off her.

The Flood / American Horror Story
« on: October 30, 2014, 01:13:32 PM »
A great TV show I've just got into. Each season is a new miniseries which is quite refreshing and means it doesn't feel like it's dragging on. It's an anthology series that centres on different characters and locations, including a haunted house, an insane asylum, a witch coven and a freak show.

I'm currently on season 2 and I'm fucking amazed season 2 is much better than the first even I loved the first.
It's brings many different elements into a TV show that haven't been just copied from another show.

If you're bored and need a new series to watch then I suggest checking it out, especially if you're into horror/dark/thriller type stuff.

Dear Gamers,
As you probably know, we’re wrapping up the development of Dying Light, our biggest and most ambitious project to date. We spent the last three years making sure that all the features of our game add up to create a truly next-gen experience.

Much of this “next-gen feel” is tightly connected to the technological side of Dying Light. For instance, up to 200,000 objects can be displayed in the game at once. Add to this our use of realistic, physics-based lighting technology and you really start to push the next-gen systems to the limits. Features like these along with our core gameplay pillars – such as the player-empowering Natural Movement, threefold character development system, and vast open world – are all an inherent part of how Dying Light plays. However, combining all of these into one fluid experience is only possible on technologically advanced platforms.

Therefore, after thorough internal testing, we have come to the conclusion that we have no choice but to leave past-gen systems behind and release Dying Light exclusively on the next-gen consoles and PC. Put simply, older consoles just couldn’t run the game and stay true to the core vision of Dying Light at the same time.

To ensure you enjoy Dying Light as much as we would like you to, we chose to release it without any compromises on the three strongest systems available. Thanks to this, you’ll get the full and best experience regardless of the platform you play on.

We hope you understand the hard choice we’ve had to make. With the launch just around the corner, we can’t wait to show you Dying Light in the state it was meant to be. We’re looking forward to your reactions and impressions as we release the game in January 2015.

More developers need to do this
