They could be paid 100k a year. I would still tip because they are providing a service for me.

Just like I'll tip the hairdresser, the dude changing my oil, or a hotel worker.

Good read.

Nothing wrong with watching movies man. Do what makes you happy.

I agree that The Truman Show is an underrated movie. We watched it in school like every year.

Schools also about how good you are at test taking.

If you pay attention, take great notes, study. But you choke whenever you take tests, you're gonna fail out. Some people just can't perform under pressure.
Such is life.

true, but in the workforce people can blend in if need be. In school, at least once a week, you're on the spot and need to preform on that test.

In highschool you couldn't tell me dick. I would disobey by parents and act like a jackass. Blame it on the hormones and being young.

I was in no way ready for the real world. To be honest, even at 18 I wasn't ready for the real world.

lol BMI
That would be the second option for you, then.

Yep. Even though I barely lift anymore I'm still in better shape than anyone here and my BMI is "overweight".

Everyone knows BMI is a broken system.
I'd rather be skinny than have fat over muscle any day.

I'd rather be considered "overweight" by a computer BMI system, than be skinny and out of shape.

Lets be serious here for a second.

If someone is waiving 1.2 Mil in your face, you're gonna do what they tell you.

1.2 million isn't even enough to buy a decent fucking house these days.

Depends where you live.

Here in NJ I got a 5 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom house on .75 acres for 225k.

Ironic, cause you made a thread about me yesterday

#PSUBias

But my thread had good intentions.

I was worried about you and wondered where you went.

Glad I enjoy math and compsci.
That said, a good chunk of decent jobs are just hoping to see that you have an undergrad.  The details of it aren't too important.  It's stupid, and I personally look down on the people that go to college to not learn anything substantial, but some people just need that piece of paper.

You look down on people for not learning anything?

I'll be the first one to tell you, I went to college to play baseball and fuck girls. At the end if I had a degree, well that was just a good by product.

College is about having a good time. Enjoy yourself because the rest of your life is going to blow after college.

I only dislike the notion of property in the sense that I think it's bullshit that some people aren't living with the bare necessities. Everyone should have a house, everyone should have access to clean water, electricity, heating, and everyone should have a computer with a connection to the Internet. Everyone.

So, if "property" is implied to mean "stuff that you own that other people do not," then yeah, fuck that notion of property.

edit:
lol "bear"

I agree with clean water. But giving people houses? LOL.

You never truly own a house anyway cause you have to pay taxes on the house. Thats what is Bullshit.
