Nothing wrong with this IMO.
Its better than going to a vocational school and studying art or music IMO. At least Esports can lead to something.

The NFL is one of the biggest businesses in American History.
Which is why they should pay for their stadiums without taking tax money that should be used in better ways, i.e. fixing roads and whatnot. A stadium would be a minor asset to a multi-billion dollar industry.
Why shouldn't the city pay if they get all those benefits?
That would be the trade off? The city allows the NFL to build a stadium, and the city gets benefited by the revenue the stadium brings through tourism, taxes, etc. Making the city pay is backwards as shit, the NFL doesn't need help with money.
Cities don't "allow" the NFL to build stadiums and teams in their area. They beg on their knees for the NFL to come.
I highly doubt Los Angeles is begging on their knees for the NFL.
They have been for 20 years.....

who the fuck cares about these stupidass NFL teams
just expand the convention center so that we can keep Comic Con
Yeah but who the fuck cares about a bunch of nerds doing nerd shit?
Comic Con brings millions of dollars to the annual city revenue. People from all over the world come, and it's kept hundreds of local business alive. The NFL on the other hand just sucks up tax payer money since they like to pretend they're a nonprofit. Also the Chargers suck and no one cares about them except for local sports nuts. Most people wouldn't be too heartbroken if they left.
The NFL gave up their non-profit status years ago. Cmon bro. But you are correct that "most" people wouldn't care if the Chargers left.
They still make cities and states pay for their stadiums when they make billions annually.
So? The cities profit immensely with their tourism. Hotels, Resturants, Bars, ect. It's not like these cities don't want teams. The NFL is one of the biggest businesses in American History.

Gotta give up much more than 400 mil if you want a stadium these days.
Spanos didn't even negotiate. He basically said FUCK YOU GUYS and walked out. The city has tried.
True. I've heard he's a fucking douche. Not sure why he even wants to go to LA. The chargers are always decent in attendance ratings.

Wish they would do that here in America. Instead we give in and give the protesters whatever they like.

The local paper did a poll, 51% of San Diegans disagree with you two. Sure, that means 49% are apathetic, but is it the team or organization that soured them? Would that change if the Spanos family sold the team?
Sure, it's not the majority but that's still a lot. If you asked the same question here in philly. It would probably be something like 97% care about the Eagles. I think it has more to do with San Diego. I mean, you can hit up the beach any time you like during the year. It's always nice weather. People are always doing something. The weather here sucks. We need the Eagles to get through these winter months. I'm sure there are a ton of fans in SD. But it's obvious the city doesn't care seriously want to invest in a new stadium for the team.

...a hundred dollars on lottery tickets?
Gotta play to win. I'd end up spending that $100 on scratch offs or betting on football anyway. Might as well go toward a chance for a billion doll hairs.

#10. I vote Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whatever I want. I've decided to marry my German Shepherd.
#9. I vote Democrat because I believe oil companies' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon at 15% isn't.
#8. I vote Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.
#7. I vote Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.
#6. I vote Democrat because I'm way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves. I am also thankful that we have a 911 service that gets police to your home in order to identify your body after a home invasion.
#5. I vote Democrat because I'm not concerned about millions of babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive and comfy.
#4. I vote Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits, and we should take away Social Security from those who paid into it.
#3. I vote Democrat because I believe that businesses should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the Democrat Party sees it.
#2. I vote Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters.
And, the #1 reason I vote Democrat is because I think it's better to pay $billions$ for oil to people who hate us, but not drill our own because it might upset some endangered beetle, gopher, or fish here in America. We don't care about the beetles, gophers, or fish in those other countries.
